RT Wine Solutions is a start-up business created by Nick Room – one of the UK’s most experienced and senior wine buyers – in July 2019 to pursue a life outside the world of big business supermarkets, where he learnt and practiced much of what he knows about wine, its complex distribution network, and the UK consumer.

With a keen interest in wine quality, a commercially-based buying background, and an eye for a point-of-difference – in a very crowded UK wine market – Nick aims to do exactly what the business strap-line sets out to deliver: assist with a broad base of wine projects (including targeted blending); get involved in strategic and appropriate consultancy; promote wine through customer-facing experiences; and enthuse your clients with a background knowledge that leans on his extensive experience, picked up throughout 32 years in the wonderful world of wine.
